1.1 This website is an information-only website for the Dynamic Trader Trading Room Community ("TRC") and you (the "User") agree to use it for information purposes only. • Keep all TRC content confidential — no public posts, tweets or sharing outside TRC

• Not market or sell products or services to other TRC members (no sales zone)
• Keep all communications relevant and on topic — TRC is a trading discussion forum only

• Not impersonate other people, particularly employees or representatives of Dynamic Trader
• Not submit content containing malicious software or use the service for spam or junk mail

Dynamic Trader administrators have the final say on any questions or disputes arising on TRC. Dynamic Trader retains the right to remove any User from TRC and terminate website membership for material breach of these Terms, including accounts deemed inactive for a certain period of time.

Cancellation & Refunds

Membership

Your membership will be renewed at the subscription price at the time of membership and will continue at that rate, regardless of price increases.

Cancellation

Following the initial term, the membership will auto-renew every year at your subscription rate unless a cancellation request has been made by you via private message in TRC at least 3 business days prior to the start of the auto-renewal month. Once we receive your message, we will reply back with a confirmation of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital online nature of what we offer, members have immediate access to videos, webinar recordings and trading tools. As a result, Dynamic Trader can't issue refunds, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If you cancel at least 3 business days prior to the start of the auto-renewal month, no subsequent charges will be applied to your credit card. However, the amounts already charged to your card will not be refunded and your membership will be valid until the next renewal date.

Trading Room Community Policy

Welcome to the Trading Room Community ("TRC"). Our goal is to provide a collaborative environment for you to connect with other Dynamic Traders. Your activity in the TRC is governed by the following guidelines:

1. TRC is to help traders understand the Dynamic Trader methodology.
2. Start a thread with a meaningful title.
3. Use correct spelling and grammar and avoid the use of slang.
4. Do not double post or cross post (placing the same message on the same thread or across several threads).
5. Do not use words like "urgent" or "important" in your subject line — be patient.
6. Do not chastise new traders who are beginning their trading journey.
7. Respect other traders' time. When asking for help, write concisely. If asking a question, please provide at least one solution yourself and a screen capture if needed using a computer-based screenshot. Do not add a photo of a computer screen taken from a handheld camera device.
8. Everything in TRC stays in TRC (no public posts, tweets, etc.). You must not carry on a business that competes with Dynamic Trader in training about trading or investing. Our trading methods are unique and confidential. Violation of the confidentiality clause will result in expulsion from the community.
9. Be respectful to other members. Disagreeing is fine and voicing it is encouraged but do so in a respectful manner. Personal or petulant remarks, including accusations of wrongdoing, are not permitted.
10. This is absolutely a 'no sales zone'. Under no circumstances are you to market or sell your products or services to other community members. Any attempt will result in expulsion from TRC.
11. Keep all communications relevant and on topic — TRC is a trading discussion forum only.
12. News is informative, statements are interesting, questions provoke thought but judgements limit exploration. Use each one wisely.
13. Users may not make suggestions for new features or improvements on TRC. Suggestions should only be provided through email to Dynamic Trader.
14. As you have been granted access to the TRC, please become actively involved. Both your questions and answers will help everyone.
15. Users may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory on the grounds of gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability or age.
16. Users may not submit content that is libellous or otherwise defamatory of any individual or organisation.
17. Users may not submit content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, vulgar, violent, obscene or intended to promote or incite violence.
18. Users may not impersonate other people, particularly employees and representatives of Dynamic Trader or its affiliates.
19. Users may not submit content that may contain viruses or any other software that may damage or disrupt other software, computer hardware or communications networks. Users may not use the service for unauthorised mass-communication such as spam or junk mail.
20. Users may not openly argue with administrators or moderators — send Dynamic Trader a private message if you disagree with something.
21. By submitting content, users warrant that they are the author of such material or have acquired all appropriate rights and permissions to use it. Users grant Dynamic Trader a licence to modify the content as necessary for its inclusion on TRC.
22. Dynamic Trader does not screen content prior to it appearing on TRC. Dynamic Trader retains the right to remove or relocate any content as it deems appropriate. All content posted on TRC becomes part of the TRC even if the User is no longer a member.
23. Dynamic Trader administrators have the final say. If you have a problem, please send an email to Dynamic Trader. Creating threads or posts that question administrative decisions is not permitted and may result in removal.
24. Dynamic Trader retains the right to remove any User from TRC and terminate membership should the Acceptable Use Policy be violated, including Users deemed inactive for a certain period of time.
25. If a user has failed to contribute, an account is inactive, or an accurate user profile photo has not been uploaded, the account may be restricted or removed without notification.
