CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc, is a cloud-based company specialising in cloud workload protection. It provides cybersecurity products and services to stop breaches. CrowdStrike’s primary offering is its Falcon platform. It has recently announced that it is working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop powerful new generative AI applications that help customers accelerate their cloud, security and artificial intelligence (AI) journeys.
The Texas-based firm was founded in 2011 and went public in 2019.

Both show a decline year over year due to current macroeconomic environment.

S has ways to go before it becomes profitable. However, the company has stated that it expects to reach B/E non-GAAP operating margins by Fiscal 2025. A big task!

No surprise that CRWD, the more established and recognised company beats on this metric.

S has zero debt which makes it attractive.
Technicals:
S - Price slipped last week to test the ATL after the company lowered its outlook for the year, announced layoffs, and trimmed its annualized recurring revenue, or ARR, by 5%. Looking for a base to form to add investor confidence. +2% YTD.
CRWD - Bullish trend is in play as it tests the newly formed WVI. +43% YTD.
